Employment at the Autism Treatment Center
is more than just a job –

it’s a commitment.

Our employees are among the most highly trained in the industry because at ATC, we believe that a well-trained employee will ensure continuous learning for the children and adults with autism who call ATC their home.

Before new employees begin their service with ATC, each employee is required to undergo forty hours of on-the-job training. In addition to the training classes listed below, candidates are required to learn procedures and best practices for all individuals serviced by ATC.

All employees must attend annual Refresher Training to remain current on ATC policies and procedures and individual needs. In addition, ATC employees attend various conferences and training sessions at the local, state and national level.
