Individuals who are deaf, blind or multi-handicapped have many of the same needs as people who have autism. Recognizing this match, ATC expanded services in 1992 to include this special group of people in the employment services program (DATCO). These individuals may have some sight and hearing but to an extremely limited extent and direct supervision and support are needed at all times.
