Manager of Behavioral Services—Dallas

The Autism Treatment Center is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full time position at our Dallas Campus. The BCBA will be responsible for direct behavior support services to ATC children and adults as well as staff training, data analysis and supervision of program implementation and supervision of individuals working toward their BCBA, BCaBA or RBT Certification.

Registered Behavior Technician—Dallas

Medical Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist—Dallas

Ensure medical services provided are billed and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, private pay and insurance billing. Knowledge of CMS 1500, UBS04 paper forms and medical billing software and electronic billing.

Certified Medical Biller and Associates degree in accounting preferred. Three years of healthcare billing and two years of multi facility experience. Proficient in MS Excel and General Ledger accounting software. Must be a self motivator with organizational, detailed oriented and good communication skills.

Registered Behavior Technician (Part Time)—Fort Worth

The Autism Treatment Center is seeking a part time Registered Behavior Technician for the Applied Behavior Analysis Clinic in Fort Worth.

This position offers competitive salary. The Autism Treatment Center is a well respected agency, founded in 1976 and serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the lifespan (primarily Autism Spectrum Diagnosis) through a variety of programs.

The RBT will be supervised by a BCaBA or BCBA under direction of the ABA Program Manager. Supervision will be provided as required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Job Responsibilities include the following:

  • Direct ABA therapy with children, adolescents and teens in our Applied Behavior Analysis Clinic
  • Adherence to program procedures and behavior support plans as developed by the BCBA or BCaBA
  • Ability to accept feedback and modify teaching methods as needed
  • Ability to implement behavioral programming including but not limited to the following:
    shaping, least to most restrictive prompting, errorless teaching, and experience with both
    natural environment and discrete trail teaching, implementing toileting and feeding protocols
  • Collect data and document treatment
  • Assist with progress reports and data analysis
  • Assist with gathering or making materials
  • Serve as primary contact point with parents or guardians at pick up and drop off
  • Communicate in a clear, professional manner
  • Team player

Office hours are 8:00-6:00 Monday through Thursday with the opportunity to come in late or leave early, not exceeding 30 hours per week.

Occupational Therapist (Part Time)—Fort Worth

The Occupational Therapist is a qualified, licensed professional who provides, evaluates, and supervises occupational therapy services to children and adults with autism in our Fort Worth Therapy Clinic, as prescribed by a licensed physician.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school program of Occupational Therapy; Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Texas; Relevant clinical experience, 1 year or more preferred; Current CPR/First Aid certification for all age groups; Computer skills with Microsoft office knowledge; and Experience working with children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Duties:

  • Performs initial evaluation and develops treatment plans in accordance with physician’s orders.
  • Implements treatment plan, provides occupational therapy services to children and adults with autism.
  • Instructs patients, their families, and other members of the service team in regards to therapy procedures.
  • Reports pertinent observations, reactions, and any patient behavioral issues to appropriate team member.
  • Maintains patient records in accordance with ATC standards, state and federal regulations, and submits documentation within required timeframes.
  • Participates in patient care conferences as needed, communicates with other team members, in order to facilitate coordination of patient care.
  • Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistant (when applicable) to accomplish the plan of treatment as developed.
  • Participates in training and meetings with ATC to learn procedures and develop skills and knowledge of Autism.
  • Performs all duties in compliance with ATC policy and procedures.  Adheres to all rules, regulations, and code of ethics, guidelines, and codes in federal, state and local laws, which are concerned with the practice of occupational therapy.
  • May be required to meet with supervisor, technical support staff, human resources, or other support staff as needed to maintain therapy standards and patient care.
  • Incidental time is a part of the job responsibilities which includes, but not limited to, patient chart updates, patient notes and call logs, performance reviews, supervisory meetings, and training.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst—San Antonio

The Autism Treatment Center is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full time position at our San Antonio Campus. The BCBA will be responsible for direct behavior support services to these individuals as well as staff training, data analysis and supervision of program implementation. The BCBA will also be responsible for direct services with community clients receiving Behavior Supports/ABA.

Additional time may be spent conducting intake assessments, providing supervision for BCBA eligible candidates, RBTs and BCaBAs or providing programming oversight and supervision for insurance and private pay clients in our Intensive ABA Early Intervention Program or our Targeted Intervention Program.

Occupational Therapist—San Antonio

An Occupational Therapist position is available in our fast growing Medicaid outpatient facility specializing in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive diagnostic services to patients referred for a possible in the areas of fine motor development, orthopedic abnormality, or neurological deficits. With physician referral and approval, treatment plans are implemented to address deficits identified in any, or all of these areas. Goals are set to move the individual toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Must possess a Texas License to practice Occupational Therapy
  • Competent to treat pediatrics and adolescents
  • CPR certified for all age groups
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Word preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift, guard, transfer and maneuver patients of all sizes and weights,
    utilizing assistance or special equipment as needed on a recurring basis and in a safe manner
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity to safely apply all necessary modalities and operation of equipment
  • Must be able to follow written procedures and verbal directives
