ATC is expanding facilities and programs to meet the ever-growing need for autism services in San Antonio. Early detection and interventions of autism is very beneficial to the child and their family. Therefore, ATC has decided the Autism Treatment Center Rehabilitation Agency (ATCRA) will be Phase I. Friday, March 27, 2009, the Autism Treatment Center in San Antonio held a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Phase I - Autism Treatment Center Rehabilitation Agency (ATCRA), a new state-of-the-art facility. The move in date is expected to be in early 2010. ATCRA will provide a venue for comprehensive diagnosis, assessment and therapies for children with autism. click for map to new location
Upon completion, the Kingdom for Kids program will install a playground designed especially for children with autism. The Kingdom for Kids playground is a part of Phase I of our Autism Initiative.
